1) This estimate is based on a yield forecast for the reference location in Southwest EU, with a south-facing exposure and a roof pitch of 22 degrees. The self-consumption rate during production without a battery is approximately 30%, which can be significantly increased by the battery. It's important to note, however, that this rate heavily depends on the household's actual consumption habits, so the data is an estimate. A precise production forecast and a detailed simulation will be available after purchase, according to the conditions specified in the package.

2) The value provided is merely an estimate, which assumes an annual consumption of 3500 kWh. It's important to know that solar energy production and household consumption rarely coincide in time. Although the degree of self-sufficiency can be significantly increased with battery storage and smart energy management, complete, 100% independence is not achievable.

3) Estimated amount based on the average EU residential electricity price of €0.287/kWh.

4) SUNME can provide a full-value yield analysis exclusively with LIDAR and orthophoto data. Currently, such data is available in France and Switzerland. In other countries, the accuracy of Google's 3D-based analysis is approximately 85-88%.
